Has my ticket been successfully processed?

How do I check if my participation is successfully processed?

 

- Login to your My ELS account with your e-mail address and your password.

- Click on the lottery of your choice in the left menu.

- Status "in process", your ticket is processed.

- Did you receive an order confirmation? (successful transaction immediately after completion)

- Have you received a play confirmation.

- After you have received your play confirmation, the ticket will appear online up to 1 hour before the upcoming draw.

 

If you see the status "pending" after you have successfully completed the payment / checkout but do not receive order confirmation, please contact our customer service.
